System requirements:
Make sure you are meeting our system requirements as outlined below.
If you are a PC user, our web site requires that you have the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE), a minimum screen resolution of 800x600, pop-up windows and cookies enabled, the Content Advisor in Internet Explorer (IE) disabled while you are using the EDGT web site, and the latest Adobe Flash player, which is generally included with most operating systems.
If you are using a Mac, we recommend Safari (which comes with the Mac) or Firefox, which can be downloaded free of charge from: http://download-firefox.org.
For PC users, to make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer to access the EDGT web site:
- Check the version of Internet Explorer (IE) you are using. Launch IE by double-clicking the IE icon on your desktop, click Help, and then click About Internet Explorer.
- If your version of IE is not IE 6.0 or higher then download the latest version of IE from www.microsoft.com.
- Go to the Microsoft site
- Click "Downloads" on the left side of the screen
- Click "Internet," then click "Internet Explorer 8." This download is free of charge.
- Use Internet Explorer (IE) rather than your browser to run the EDGT web site. Minimize the browser you are now using and click IE on your desktop. Go to www.edgt.com and sign in with your username and password.
If you need the latest Flash player, you can download this program free of charge from the Adobe web site. Click Get ADOBE FLASH PLAYER at http://www.adobe.com. Downloading is a one-time activity that only takes a few minutes.
